3. Digital Information Products
We offer digital materials such as guides and tutorials. A user may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no download or access occurred. To request a refund submit a request via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days.
4. Physical Goods
If a product is damaged or does not meet description, a refund or replacement is available within 30 days of delivery. Requests must be submitted via Contact Us. Items must be sent back in original condition. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt of goods.
5. Professional Services
Consultation sessions and legal representation services start upon payment. Clients may request to reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the appointment. Session fees are transferable to another date or person subject to availability and prior notice.
6. Refund Policy for Services
Service fees are refundable only if a request is submitted more than 72 hours before the scheduled start. No refund is available for service elements that have commenced, including document review or negotiation. This is due to resource allocation and preparatory work.
